Warranty

and Conditions
The GolfBuddy units are guaranteed to be free of
defects in material and workmanship for a period of
90 days from the date of original purchase, when
used under normal conditions.
GolfBuddy will not be responsible for any
software, firmware, data information, or memory data
contained in, stored on, or integrated with any
products returned to GolfBuddy for repair by the
original purchaser.
To obtain a warranty service, purchaser must require
a RMA number and return the item postpaid with the
proof the original purchase date and return to the
address. Please call us to require a RMA number and
further information.

Limitations and Exclusions
1) The lithium polymer rechargeable battery carries
a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.
2) Original purchase receipt with date of purchase
required.
3) The warranty does not cover any damages caused to
the unit by improper use, customer neglect, or
repairs performed by an unauthorized technician.
4) Using any non-GolfBuddy components such as USB
cables or chargers will void the warranty.
5) The warranty does not cover damage to the LCD
screen due to customer neglect such as cracks and
scratches or any damages caused by exposure to
excessive temperatures.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your GolfBuddy
purchase, return it with the original receipt and
original packaging within thirty (30) calendar days
of the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will
apply to any non-defective item that requires
GolfBuddy to perform rework prior to resale; please
ask a GolfBuddy Customer Service for details. Please
note the following:
1) All items must be in good condition, including
the original packing. This means you must return the
original box, software, packing, manuals and
accessories.
2) All items must be shipped prepaid. Golf Buddy
will refund the original shipping charges only for
defective/damaged merchandise or due to our error.
3) Products can be returned only in the country in
which they were originally purchased.

Return Procedure
1) Please call our customer service at
1-877-607-4653 to obtain your Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number and details about your
return process. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days
from the date of issuance.
2) We will not accept returns without a RMA number.
Any items returned to Golf Buddy without a
pre-authorized RMA number will be returned,
post-paid shipping.
3) An original receipt with date of purchase is
required for all returns. If you have lost your
receipt, please contact our customer service
department.

Refunds
Any reason your Golf Buddy purchase is
unsatisfactory, we will issue a refund within 30
days of the original receipt date of your purchase.
If the purchase is due to a warranted defect in
workmanship or missing components, we will also
refund any original shipping charges.
1) We will issue a refund within 30 days of the
original receipt date of your purchase.
2) Refunds are available to the direct customers
only, meaning customers who purchased GolfBuddy
through www.gpsgolfbuddy.eu or 1-877-607-4653.
3) Shipping and Handling charges are excluded.
4) Units bought at a retail store are to follow the
store¡¯s refund policy.
